After the online sale closes (Close time for Saturday 1-day pass: July 26 at 17:00. For Sunday 1-day pass: July 27 at 11:00), we'll hold an on-site sale based on the number of tickets remaining. The number of tickets sold is limited to the venue's capacity, and if all tickets are sold through online sales, no on-sale will be held. The availability and quantity of on-site sales will be announced separately on HAVE A NICE TRIP 2024's official social media channels closer to the time of online sales. (Instagram @haveanicetripfestival) Tickets sold at the door can be paid for with both cash and card, and tickets cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.

This experience allows refunds up to the day before the scheduled date. If you would like a refund for your tickets, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

We do not support group purchases; we recommend that you purchase tickets individually as there is a maximum of 4 tickets per person. Also, if you purchase more than 2 tickets per person, a companion who is not the ticket holder will not be able to pick up the tickets on your behalf. If your companion arrives late, the ticket holder will need to visit the ticket verification booth with you. We appreciate your understanding.

• Please make sure to write your name exactly as it appears on your ID when purchasing a ticket. At the entrance, your mobile ticket will be verified against your ID. Tickets cannot be transferred; if the name on your ticket does not match the name on your ID, you will not be allowed entry. While general commemorative photography is permitted, we strictly prohibit the taking of photos and videos related to the performance, live streaming or recording via social media channels, and uploading photos and videos of the performance for the purpose of monetization. For general commemorative photography, we strictly prohibit the use of heavy or oversized equipment such as high magnification telephoto lenses (cannons), the use of photography aids such as tall mono (tri) pods, and the obstruction of other people's vision and traffic, including photography on major thoroughfares. Filming causes a number of complaints on site. We ask that you refrain from taking photos of the stage and artists, not only when filming, but also when responding, as it disrupts other patrons' enjoyment of the show and, in some cases, affects the artists performing.

Unfortunately, no carer tickets are available for this event.

While it's possible to attend, the music festival is a standing-room-only event and may pose safety concerns. However, we ask that anyone who needs assistance to attend the show contact mintpaper@mpmg.co.kr after booking their tickets. HAVE A NICE TRIP 2024 does not maintain an overnight standby list and does not honor overnight lists created by audience members.

We're seeing an increase in patrons standing outside for extended periods of time to secure front row seats. As a result, some people have reported feeling ill while attending the show, so we ask that you avoid waiting in line all night to ensure a safe and healthy experience.

We will be checking luggage before entering each stage, so bringing a lot of luggage can be the biggest cause of delays. This is inconvenient for everyone, so please try to keep your luggage as streamlined as possible.

HAVE A NICE TRIP 2024 is not a camping festival, so please come dressed as casually as possible to fully enjoy the festivities we have in store for you.

You are limited to one bag measuring 40cm (L) x 40cm (W) x 18cm (D) inside the festival site.

• Each day will feature a different artist, and the detailed timetable will be released later on the organizers' official website and social media channels.
• In addition to the official stage performances, we will be participating in various events and booths. More details will be updated on the organizers' social media channels (Instagram @haveanicetripfestival).
• Some performers, schedules, and show times are subject to unavoidable changes due to circumstances, and refunds and partial refunds are not available.
• Please follow the instructions of the staff for safe viewing. The organizers, hosts, venues, partners, and artists are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, etc. that occur due to the carelessness of the audience in or around the festival venue. Please take care of your own safety.
• In the event of an emergency, including unexpected accidents and health issues, please seek assistance from the medical booth, or the nearest staff or information booth.
• Official photo and video shoots will take place during the festival. These will be used for future updates to the Mint Paper website and official channels, as well as for the production of a publication, so please be aware that you may appear in these images. 
• Any serious behavior that is disruptive to other patrons or socially unacceptable, including excessive alcohol consumption, use of fireworks, use of firearms, possession of dangerous items, possession or use of drugs, or any other serious behavior that is not socially acceptable, should be reported to the Information Booth and may result in immediate ejection without warning and possible legal action. In all of these cases, no refunds will be given.
• We ask that you actively participate in reducing and separating your trash. Please dispose of any unavoidable trash in the trash cans provided on site.
• The photo wall and event props on site are for the benefit of all audiences - please do not move them or take them away.
